We had a fantastic stay at this venue, located in the heart of the city square. The room was lovely, with ample space and excellent views. The staff was polite, helpful, and gave us great recommendations for things to do around here. Additionally, the breakfast was top-notch and had a wide selection of both international and local dishes.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was right in the center and within walking distance of all the main attractions. It was also conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get around. Being in the touristic area, there was always something to do and see nearby.
The restaurant at the hotel had some issues, although the wait staff was very friendly.

My Story Hotel Figueira was the perfect choice for my recent stay in Lisbon. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to trams, buses, and the metro station just across the square. Perfect location in the heart of the city, close to major attractions and public transportation. Friendly and competent staff. Comfortable and clean room with a balcony. Nice outdoor sitting area to relax and people watch.
Some stains found in the bathroom and on the mirror. No hotel vibe due to the hotel's entrance through a restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city centre. The location was perfect, right across the square from the metro, making it convenient for transportation, especially to and from the airport. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed dining in the Italian restaurant on two out of the three days we were there. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available to provide recommendations about the city.
